The programme is designed to assist engineering graduates who are looking for a career in the process industry sector and enhance existing career prospects through part-time study and technology update of process development professionals. This programme focuses on the development of sustainable processes in terms of new processes and revamping or retrofitting existing sub optimal processes. Simultaneous analysis of energy, environmental aspects and process technology aspects will be considered as key areas.

A wide range of opportunities in the chemical process industry (CPI) and to play a key role in regional industrial development initiatives (chemical, food, water services, energy services, cement, pulp and paper, textile, water treatment, bio technology, plastic, agricultural industry etc). Graduates will be eligible for admission to doctoral studies in any foreign university.
Typically with a degree of bachelor of science of engineering from a recognised university in a relevant field of specialisation.
