Conducting research on spatio-temporal disease outbreak forecasting using big data and machine learning, which is a project done in collaboration with LIRNEasia, University of Moratuwa and Epidemiology Unit of Sri Lanka. Will contribute by providing information on background, methodologies, techniques and models related to spatio-temporal disease outbreak forecasting. As a researcher for the Big Data for Development (BD4D) team at LIRNEasia, can also contribute by providing practical knowledge and experience on analyzing big data sources including CDR datasets
