- Effective habits for successful people, concept and application of emotional intelligence, combining IQ and EQ for effectiveness
- Day 2:
- Managing time effectively, learning the habit of differentiating “urgent” from “important” tasks, keys to prioritizing
- Problem solving techniques, lateral thinking, balancing the usage of both sides of the brain: logical left and magical right
- Effective teams, concept of synergy, mindset of a contributing team member, university staff as team players
